# RoboCo

> RoboCo is an open-source, self-hosted virtual software company: 25 role-gated AI agents plus one human CEO that work in real git repositories. Pull the stack from Docker Hub or GHCR, run it on your own hardware (homelab/Linux/Docker), and stay in control of every merge to master. Source on GitHub (AGPL-3.0).

RoboCo is not a hosted SaaS — you run the entire company yourself. The human CEO pitches work; the AI cells (agents) pick up tasks, write code, open PRs, and merge to master under your governance. Docs cover installation, the org/roles model, the panel UI, deployment, model/provider routing, operations, optional subsystems, and troubleshooting.
